- when ordering goods from the online store, the warranty starts from the day of delivery.
Warranty service includes:
- elimination of product deficiencies in certified service centers;
- exchange for a similar product without surcharge;
- exchange for similar goods with surcharge;
- return of goods and transfer of funds to the account of the buyer.

Exchange and return of good quality products
The seller guarantees that the buyer within 7 days from the date of purchase of the goods may refuse the goods of good quality if:
- the goods did not enter service and have a presentation, is in the package with all labels, and there are documents for the purchase of goods;
- the goods are not included in the list of products of good quality, not subject to return and exchange.
The buyer has the right to exchange a good quality product for another commercial offer of this product or another product identical in value or another product with an additional charge or return of the price difference.
Exchange and return of products of inadequate quality
If the buyer finds a defect in the product after purchasing it, then he may request a replacement from the seller. Replacement must be made within 7 days from the date of the request. If an examination is made for the goods to meet the specified standards, the exchange must be made within 20 days.
Technically complex products of inadequate quality are replaced with goods of the same brand or with similar goods of another brand with cost recalculation. Refund is made by canceling the contract of sale and return the amount in the amount of the value of the goods.

The term of the refund depends on the type of payment, which was originally chosen by the buyer.
