Can I place an order online?
Are prices final?
Prices reflect current supplier conditions and may change before order confirmation. If an item shows “Price on request,” submit a quote and we’ll confirm price and lead time.
When will my order ship?
In stock: dispatch in 1–3 business days. Backorder: typically 1–3 weeks. Lead times may vary depending on supplier stock, import/export formalities and carrier capacity.
What carriers do you use?
We ship with global express carriers and freight forwarders. Tracking is provided upon dispatch.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is currently calculated manually based on weight/volume, destination and service level. You will receive the shipping cost on your invoice before payment. Real-time shipping options at checkout are coming soon.
Are taxes and duties included?
Unless stated otherwise, international orders are shipped DDU/DDP as agreed. Local taxes/duties may be billed by the carrier or your customs broker.
What payment methods are available?
Bank transfer against invoice (remittance copy required). Secure online card payments will be added shortly. We never ask for card details by email.
What warranty do you provide?
Manufacturer’s standard warranty applies. For most spare parts it is 90 days, but it varies by product and brand. Warranty covers defects in materials/workmanship under normal use.
Can I return items?
New, unused items may be returnable by prior RMA approval. Custom/special-order or opened sterile items are usually non-returnable unless defective or agreed otherwise. Restocking fees may apply. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work toward a fair resolution.
Are your parts original?
Where listed as OEM/original, yes. If an OEM item is discontinued, we’ll propose an equivalent and clearly label it.
Can Partsformed install the parts?
We supply parts only. Installation must be performed by qualified biomedical/technical personnel per local regulations and OEM guidance.
How do I reach customer service?

Do I need an account?
You can browse without an account. Creating an account helps us track quotes, orders, and invoices.
Do you source items not listed on the Site?
Yes. Send the part number, device model and (ideally) a photo of the nameplate.
